Our prices are absolutely competitive with an equivalent postal service but we will collect the parcel directly at your resort! Here's an example of what your customer will pay:
- a 1 kg package , domesticc shipment in EU costs around €14/15 including VAT; delivery in 24/48 hours
- a 1 KG package sent to another EU country costs about €18 including VAT, delivery in 48 hours (except in remote areas)
Shipments can be made to any country in the world. For shipments that require customs documents we will provide all the documentation to attach to the parcel, and we will check through our customer service if there are any special limitations or anything else to take into consideration.

As far as the EU is concerned, everything except materials declared dangerous such as explosives, flammable liquids, etc. Outside the EU, regulations vary from country to country. In the system you will already find pre-set cases of products approved by country, if something does not appear in the list you will indicate it to us and we will verify the feasibility and carry out the customs procedures.

We provide all the necessary documentation to attach to the package. The sender must indicate a tax code or VAT number which we must indicate on the customs documentation.
You will have to prepare the package in the resort. Surely you have boxes that can be used to send lost items. Why don't we do it? It would cost too much and the times would increase considerably. Remember not to use a 50cm carton for a mobile charger, the size affects the price your customer will pay.
Make sure that the goods, especially if delicate, are well protected using suitable packaging materials such as paper, bubble wrap, etc. You will then need to print the shipping label that you will receive by email and attach it to the outside of the package together with any customs documents. If you send documents or small items, do not use paper envelopes but ask the courier for their plastic shipping envelopes, usually the drivers always have some ready.
It depends on the time the shipment is confirmed. If possible, the courier will pass on the same day, otherwise the next working day. However, you will be notified via email of the day scheduled for collection.
