When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). The return was fast and the way the service was handled was excellent. The only negative aspect is having to pay, after having supported the cost of a not exactly cheap 4-star hotel. The first time it happens to me. But obviously it's not "LHost's" fault
The service used to return the item I left at Staycity aparthotel Venice is very impressive. I received the item in Sydney within 1 week after I made the request. Expensive though hahaha.

Wel forgot my ereader in Venice. Within the week it was returnd to my home adress in Netherlands.. Very good up to date tracking information. Pricing was the lowest with the perfect service. Would choose again!
