When the guest of an accommodation facility forgets an object, we notify him, we agree everything regarding the shipment (delivery address, insurance, type of shipment, etc.), and once the guest has paid for the shipment we generate all documentation and the shipping label, then we collect the package and deliver it worldwide, with the best international couriers (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX). Great boutique property and the staff were amazing help. We had a great stay with everything you would want in a stay in Bellagio. I would highly recommend the Seta!!!!! 5 star all the way. Kaylie was the FD agent who was so very helpful and sweet!
